Free Conference Registration for Airlines and Aircraft Operators

  • Aircraft Commerce has a limited number of free delegate places, including 2 night’s hotel accommodation at the conference venue, available for airlines and aircraft operators at the 16th Annual Flight Operations Conference, taking place in London Heathrow, UK, on the 28th and 29th of November 2023.
  • 13th November 2023 Update: 13 free delegate places remain. Once these are taken, you can join our cancellation waitlist, or you can register your delegate place(s) using the paid delegate options.
  • Each airline and aircraft operator are eligible for up-to 3 free delegate places in total.  The free delegate places include:
    – A full conference pass, including conference materials, meals (breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks), drinks, 2 hour cocktail reception
    – 2 night’s accommodation at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre, London Heathrow, UK (conference hotel)
    – You will only need to find your own travel costs
  • We expect these free delegate places to go quickly. So please register as soon as you can to claim your free delegate place(s).
  • If you are from an airline or aircraft operator that is based at Heathrow, we will provide you with a free conference pass, but the accommodation is only for airlines flying or travelling into Heathrow.

How to Book your Free Delegate Place(s):

  • Simply send an email to Sarah Knowles-Mackenzie, Director Conference Operations, Aircraft Commerce: sarah@aircraft-commerce.com: with the following information: Full Name, Company, Job Title, and Email of each delegate (maximum 3)
  • Hotel Reservation: We will provide you each with 2 night’s accommodation at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre, London Heathrow, UK for the following: check-in: 27th November, check-out: 29th November.
    Please let us know if you require different or additional night’s accommodation.  Additional nights will be paid by you at check-out at – UK £ 114.00 per night inclusive of VAT per person, per night.
  • Visa Requirements: With the conference so close, if you need a UK Visa, please only register now if you already have Visa confirmed.
