Free Conference Registration for Airlines, Aircraft Operators and MRO Facilities
Aircraft Commerce and Aircraft IT have a limited number of free delegate packages, including 2 night’s hotel accommodation at the conference venue, available for airlines, aircraft operators, MRO facilities, and Leasing Companies at the Airline and Aerospace MRO & Flight Ops IT Conference – AMERICAS, taking place in Miami FL, USA, on the 10th and 11th of March 2026.
Each airline and aircraft operator are eligible for up-to 8 free delegate packages in total, with MRO facilities and Leasing Companies eligible for up-to 3 free delegate packages in total.
The free delegate packages include:
- A full conference pass, including conference materials, meals (breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks), drinks, 2 hour cocktail receptions
- 2 night’s accommodation at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Miami, FL, USA (conference hotel): check-in: 9th March; check-out: 11th March.
- You will only need to find your own travel costs

How to Book your Free Delegate Package(s):
Simply send an email to Anne Ahier, Events Executive, Aircraft Commerce: anne@aircraft-commerce.com: with the following information: Full Name, Company, Job Title, and Email of each delegate (maximum 8 for airlines and operators; 3 for MRO Facilities and Leasing Companies)
Hotel Reservation: We will provide you each with 2 night’s accommodation at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Miami, FL, USA (conference hotel) for the following: check-in: 9th March, check-out: 11th March.
Please let us know if you require different or additional night’s accommodation. Additional nights will be paid by you at check-out at – USD $199.00++ per night.
Visa Requirements: If you need a Visa to enter United States of America, we will send you a ‘Letter of invitation’, but please let us know as soon as possible as currently this process is taking longer than usual.
