Free Conference Registration for Airlines, Aircraft Operators and MRO Facilities
Aircraft Commerce has a limited number of free delegate places, including 2 night’s hotel accommodation at the conference venue, available for airlines, aircraft operators, MRO facilities, and Leasing Companies at the Airline and Aerospace MRO & Flight Ops IT Conference – EMEA, taking place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, on the 4th and 5th of June 2024.
Each airline, aircraft operator, MRO facility, and Leasing Company are eligible for up-to 3 free delegate places in total.
The free delegate places include:
- A full conference pass, including conference materials, meals (breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks), drinks, 2 hour cocktail receptions
- 2 night’s accommodation at the NH Noordwijk Conference Center Leeuwenhorst, Amsterdam, The Netherlands (conference hotel): check-in: 3rd June; check-out: 5th June.
- Bus transfers to and from Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam Town Center, Noordwijk Beach
- You will only need to find your own travel costs

How to Book your Free Delegate Place(s):
Simply send an email to Abi Hibberd, Events Executive, Aircraft Commerce: abi@aircraft-commerce.com: with the following information: Full Name, Company, Job Title, and Email of each delegate (maximum 3)
Hotel Reservation: We will provide you each with 2 night’s accommodation at the NH Noordwijk Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst, Amsterdam, The Netherlands for the following: check-in: 3rd June, check-out: 5th June.
Please let us know if you require different or additional night’s accommodation. Additional nights will be paid by you at check-out at – EURO € 120.00 per night.
Visa Requirements: If you need a Visa to enter The Netherlands, we will send you a ‘Letter of invitation’, but please let us know as soon as possible as currently this process is taking longer than usual.
