Benefits of leasing LRU/rotable inventories, Issue 32 Dec 2003/Jan 2004

Airlines have succeeded in leasing a higher portion of their aircraft and
engine fleets, but the leasing of LRU and rotable inventories has yet to
become accepted by financial institutions. The potential benefits to
airlines of such a development is an increased level of asset divestment.
