The renewed interest in PMA airfoil parts in engines, Issue 141 Apr/May 2022

There is a renewed interest in using PMA airfoil parts in the maintenance of older engine types. Several engine lessors and engine shops are already openly offering lease engines with PMA airfoils installed, while well known PMA manufacturers are developing several new parts.
