737NG specifications, fleet demographics & upgrades, Issue 70 June/July 2010

The 737NG family comes in four main variants; the -600, -700, -800 and -900. Within each main variant there are several sub-variants. The 737NG family is exclusively powered by the CFM56-7B. The specifications of each airframe & engine variant are listed, the fleet demographics and production numbers of the family are analysed, and the future technical developoments and future product improvements are examined.
