787 family fuel burn & operating performance, Issue 126 Oct/Nov 2019

Issue 126 Oct/Nov 2019

The fuel burn and operating performance are key drivers for the success of the 787 family. These are analysed on sets of routes where range is one factor that limits performance, while the operating environment is another limiting factor. The 787-8, -9 and -10, with both Trent 1000 and Gene engines, are examined on long-distance routes and departures from a hot and high airport.
