Covid-19: The freighter strikes back, Issue 129 Apr/May 2020

An extensive number of passenger aircraft have been grounded because of the Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in an enormous reduction in global air freight capacity. This has dented the air freight supply curve that has caused yields to skyrocket and an unprecendented increase in air freight charters.
