18th Annual Flight Operations Conference

GLOBAL
Conference sponsors:

Welcome

We are delighted to welcome you back to the 18th Annual Flight Operations Conference. We have faced many challenges in the past year; but the focus of this event is on building resilience, avoiding threats, owning the future and the exciting opportunities it offers.

Flight Ops today cannot function without digital processes, that much is clear. As well as the collection of data to support efficient processes and decisions with integrated and enhanced IT platforms, there are safety and efficiency benefits to be gained. How to unlock those benefits is the challenge, for airlines and operators. The drive to carbon net zero continues to be high on the agenda for most governments which also puts it high on the agenda for Flight Operations. Conflicts and global instabilities as well as extreme weather events continue to close airspace which is a challenge for flight planning and fuel costs. The rise in demand for flying, the pressure on turnaround times, political and economic tensions, are all a challenge for aircraft operations.

This year’s Flight Operations Conference will showcase the best solutions with answers to meet these challenges. Additionally, it looks to an exciting future with processes and tools to plan and build long-term resilience. Key-note subjects discussed will include digital flight deck and operations, sustainable aviation, the latest real-time flight deck Apps, on-ground and flight deck connectivity, EFFs to ease pilots’ workload, the latest ATC developments, integrating flight ops with M&E using ETLs, the latest aircraft and engines types, and lots more.

Along with demos of the latest, leading digital solutions and Apps, the exhibition hall offers unique opportunities for airlines and operators to meet leading flight operations solution vendors, discuss the challenges they face and their priorities. The conference agenda includes case study presentations from airlines and operators who have already started on the path to a digital future as they share their experiences. There will also be the established line-up of industry experts, and more to help you unravel and understand what is happening in Flight Operations today and the exciting opportunities available to airlines and operators in the future.

We are excited to see you in London in December.

This is possible due to a unique way compliance linking is incorporated in Yonder on the level of a single information module, ensuring that change requests triggered by a change in a regulation are always shown in the correct place in the document. This is further enhanced by a two-way interface to IQSMS, allowing our customers to link documents to regulations. Furthermore, importing existing Word and OEM documents is a breeze and document revisions from Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, and ATR are largely automated in Yonder.

At the same time end-users do not suffer from an information overload and can find needed information in seconds by using a modern app that was even recognized by Apple. That’s due to Yonder only showing the end-users what’s relevant for their role and task at hand, while allowing them to employ powerful filters and search to further narrow down data. They can also personalize documents with their own highlights and notes which are automatically taken over between revisions. And when a new document revision is published, end-users are only prompted with change notifications for the changes that are relevant to their user group.

A fully integrated documentation system: What sets Yonder apart

Stay compliant with current regulations, increase productivity, reduce costs and ensure that employees are always up to date with all relevant information at glance. Yonder combines operations manuals, company documents and aircraft manufacturers’ handbooks together in one place.

Constant Innovation – our aim is to completely redefine the traditional meaning of documents and knowledge management rethinking the format in which we create, distribute, and consume information.

Modern User Interface – With its sleek, clean, and minimalist approach, our interface focuses on simplicity, clarity, and intuitive interactions.

First class customer service – Our team of dedicated professionals goes above and beyond to ensure that every interaction, and every aspect of our service is executed with precision and care.

With a proprietary software portfolio and deep expertise in vertical domains, TXT operates across different markets, with a growing footprint in Aerospace, Aviation, Defense, Industrial, Government and Fintech.

We make operational efficiency fly – save up to 4% fuel with PACE EFB applications

Our operational efficiency management solutions are based on the unique ability to determine the most cost-efficient, or ECON, trajectory for a specific set of flight conditions, which then serves as a point of reference for economic decisions on board as well as statistical analysis on the ground.

The leading application for EFB-based vertical flight profile optimization, Pacelab Flight Profile Optimizer complements the functional scope of current on-board technology and offers significantly higher fuel-saving potential than the flight management system alone. Calculations with Pacelab Flight Profile Optimizer are based on the best available performance data (first-principles data) and live WX and aircraft data. The software continuously determines the most cost-efficient flight trajectory for the remaining route to destination and supplies an adjusted cost index which can be fed to the FMS. Constraints provided with the briefing package are respected automatically. With the ECON trajectory as a reference, Pacelab Flight Profile Optimizer is able to pinpoint the available cost savings potential for every instant of the flight, giving concise information about fuel burn, overall cost and delay; the latter provides additional support for managing on-time performance.

Get the most out of your fleet – with Pacelab Mission Suite: Route and aircraft mission analysis software
An additional component of the PACE operations productivity catalog is Pacelab Mission Suite. Pacelab Mission Suite (PLMS) is an integrated software solution which supports stra-tegic and tactical statistical analysis of an aircraft’s enroute performance and economics.
PLMS allows the customer to tailor the analysis of payload-range and mission efficiency to the airlines specific business practices and economic models. In addition to route-by-route analysis; PLMS has the power to conduct “what if” analysis of an entire route structure with a single “click”. This is all done within a robust and proven software environment.

PIVOT creates industry-leading products and solutions that boost safety and productivity by enhancing situational awareness. PIVOT is the world leader in portable, protective electronic flight bag (EFB) cases, mounting options and accessories. PIVOT products are designed by pilots with decades of experience to enhance EFB function and user interaction, while increasing device protection and flexibility. PIVOT offers civilian and military aircraft operators with a variety of mounts and cases for a wide selection of EFB devices, engineered to exceed exacting operational performance standards.
PIVOT cases are so durable that enterprise customers have been able to reduce user breakage to a rate that greatly increases device resales, allowing them to recoup a significant portion of their initial investment. All past, present, and future PIVOT cases connect to the patented PIVOT mounting system, ensuring that multiple generations of a device, or even different supported devices can connect to the same aircraft without changing the mounting solution. This seamless transition from one device to the next keeps the user experience consistent, which reduces error and enhances safety, while providing operators with the only future-proof solution on the market.
PIVOT also provides custom design services, parts, and accessories for a range of EFB devices. PIVOT products and services are available to both enterprise clients and consumers ranging from global airlines, military flying units, to corporate and general aircraft pilots.
PIVOT’s success in developing robust products for pilots at over 350 airlines and more than 200 military units continues to extend to other aspects of the aviation industry to include ground support personnel, and now the rail industry. As more industries utilize personal electronic devices to present time-critical company data to their frontline employees, PIVOT is poised to meet those needs in a way that enhances the user’s job performance and increases company return on investment.
