Free Registration - APAC 2023 - Aircraft Commerce

Aircraft Commerce has a limited number of free delegate places, including 2 night’s hotel accommodation at the conference venue, available for airlines, aircraft operators and MRO facilities at the Airline and Aerospace MRO & Flight Ops IT Conference – APAC, taking place in Bangkok, Thailand, on the 18th and 19th of October 2023.
3rd October 2023 Update: The free delegate places are now SOLD OUT. Please contact Becca (details below) to be added to a waitlist. We receive cancellations as we get nearer to the conference, so hotel rooms do become available. Alternatively, you can register now using our paid options HERE
Each airline, aircraft operator and MRO facility are eligible for up-to 5 free delegate places in total. The free delegate places include:
– A full conference pass, including conference materials, meals (breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks), drinks, 2 hour cocktail reception
– 2 night’s accommodation at the Amari Watergate Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand (conference hotel)
– You will only need to find your own travel costs
We expect these remaining free delegate places to go quickly. So please register as soon as you can to claim your free delegate place(s).

Simply send an email to Becca Skinner, Events Executive, Aircraft Commerce: becca@aircraft-commerce.com: with the following information: Full Name, Company, Job Title, and Email of each delegate (maximum 5)
Hotel Reservation: We will provide you each with 2 night’s accommodation at the Amari Watergate Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand for the following: check-in: 17th October, check-out: 19th October.
Please let us know if you require different or additional night’s accommodation. Additional nights will be paid by you at check-out at – THB 3,800 per night inclusive of any applicable taxes (which are currently 17.7%) per person, per night.
Visa Requirements: If you need a Visa to enter Thailand, we will send you a ‘Letter of invitation’, but please let us know as soon as possible as currently this process is taking longer than usual.
