Narrowbody freighter fuel burn & operating performance, Issue 74 Feb/Mar 2011

Freight airlines have five narrowbody aircraft to choose from. Part of the selection process should include an assessment of their fuel burn and operating performance on a range of mission lengths and challenging operating conditions. The performance of the 737-300F, 737-400F, MD-83F, A320F and 757-200F are analysed and compared.
