17th Annual Flight Operations Conference

GLOBAL
Conference sponsors:

Welcome

We are delighted to welcome you back to the 17th Annual Flight Operations Conference. As always, we have seen and overcome challenges in the past year; but the focus of this event is on building resilience, grasping the future and the exciting opportunities it offers.

Today, it is clear that that Flight Ops cannot function without digital processes. In addition to the collection of data to support efficient processes and decisions with integrated and enhanced IT platforms, there are safety and efficiency benefits to be gained. The challenge, for airlines and operators, is how to unlock those benefits. Meanwhile, the continuing drive to carbon net zero is high on the agenda for most governments which also puts it high on the agenda for Flight Operations. Conflicts continue to close airspace and fuel costs, although below their peak, remain volatile. The cost-of-living crisis with, political and economic uncertainty contribute tangential but real challenges for those operating aircraft.

This year’s Flight Operations Conference offers a great chance to discover and share answers to meet these challenges. As importantly, it also looks to an exciting future with processes and tools for planning and building long-term resilience. Key-note subjects discussed will include digital flight deck and operations, sustainable aviation, the latest real-time flight deck Apps, on-ground and flight deck connectivity, the latest ATC developments, integrating flight ops with M&E using ETLs, the latest aircraft and engines types, and lots more.

As well as demos of the latest, leading digital solutions and Apps, the conference offers unique opportunities for airlines and operators to meet leading flight operations solution vendors in the exhibition hall, discuss the challenges they face and their priorities. The conference agenda will offer the chance to hear from airlines and operators who have already started on the path to a digital future as they share their experiences There will also be the established line-up of industry experts, and more to help you unravel and understand what is happening in Flight Operations today and the exciting opportunities available to airlines and operators in the future.

We are excited to see you in London in December.

Complete Suite for Airline Operations
Many organizations make do with an assortment of homegrown and off-the-shelf software that completes one function in their operation but doesn’t communicate with other systems without a lot of file sharing, APIs, or error-prone manual labor.

eTT’s SkedFlex Air Operations Suite is a comprehensive, flexible, and easy to use aviation management software suite that provides the operations systems needed without unnecessary overhead and expense. Our suite includes Flight and Crew Management (FCMS), Flight Planning, and Maintenance Tracking (MISA) to fulfill the needs of your airline operations.

Streamlined Processes
The SkedFlex Suite standardizes, streamlines, and integrates business processes across the various departments and functional areas within the company. This integration improves the bottom line, while providing employees a user-friendly and consistent application experience across the whole organization.

As a cloud deployed solution, SkedFlex requires little support from IT as there is no need for on-site installation or maintenance. The system is setup with a production and a quality assurance environment allowing operators to test and experiment freely outside the production environment. This structure is perfect for a geographically diverse organization and even flexible working environments for airline employees – continuing our tradition of improving the quality of life for airline professionals.

Real-Time Reporting
For management, eTT Aviation’s integration means access to real-time, comprehensive, and relevant information you can trust from a single system rather than from disparate sources.

FCMS
SkedFlex FCMS is a modern, sophisticated system for operating an airline safely and efficiently under multiple regulatory rulesets in the US such as 14 CFR parts 117, 121, and 135 and in Canada under CARs 703, 704 and 705. The SkedFlex Flight & Crew Management System offers the tools to manage complicated scheduling and tracking qualifications, currencies, flight time, duty time and rest, all while providing our customers with First Class Customer Support.

Flight Planning
SkedFlex Flight Planning is a Next-generation Flight Planning System composed of a cloud-based flight planning engine and a configurable Flight Planning and Dispatch client application. A cloud-based Hub using industry-standard Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) serves as the integration point with third-party services and other operating systems. Use all the components as a complete system or choose the flight planning engine to power your client application.

MISA
eTT Aviation’s SkedFlex Management Information System for Aviation (MISA) provides aviation companies with comprehensive tools to manage its business, including accounting, maintenance, inventory, flight operations, employee training, human resources, payroll, technical publications, Government contract management, and flight school operations.

We have been providing professional flight planning services for 30 years. We are currently offering a wide range of products and services. Our key products include:

NAVsystem, the IFR Flight planning system, is the perfect tool for economical and safe flight planning. The optimum route function allows our clients to perfect their fuel consumption. Each and every calculation is based on individual performance data. We put emphasis on simplicity and intuitive user interface and we never stop updating the software.
NAVlink is enabling FPL and wind uplinks to FMS via ACARS. The greatest benefits are gained when NAVlink is integrated with a flight planning software. The operator can then choose should they want to have their own ACARS server handle the communications or use a third party datalink service provider.
NAVtracker app helps dispatchers monitor flight operations and act early in case of any disruption to the schedule. The application imports a complete flight schedule and keeps the current status up-to-date, e.g. planned, FPL filed, cancelled, …

We are offering individual consultations our clients as well. This servis will answer all the questions they have about OCC systems, Datalink, EFB, A / C performance, flight efficiency, complex system integration and more. We also help our clients to develop solutions in these areas and tailor them for their specific flight operations.
We have significant experience in providing complete solution consisting of new tools and services integrated into existing environment, best practices and process improvements that help to achieve maximum possible savings and methodologies how to measure and track the improvements.

We run the Education and Training Center NAVacademy – where we combine theory with practice. The NAVacademy provides operators and their flight dispatchers with the all-in-one training. We are also ready to accommodate any individual training requests. Training sessions are led by qualified professionals with many years of experience.

With a proprietary software portfolio and deep expertise in vertical domains, TXT operates across different markets, with a growing footprint in Aerospace, Aviation, Defense, Industrial, Government and Fintech.

We make operational efficiency fly – save up to 4% fuel with PACE EFB applications

Our operational efficiency management solutions are based on the unique ability to determine the most cost-efficient, or ECON, trajectory for a specific set of flight conditions, which then serves as a point of reference for economic decisions on board as well as statistical analysis on the ground.

The leading application for EFB-based vertical flight profile optimization, Pacelab Flight Profile Optimizer complements the functional scope of current on-board technology and offers significantly higher fuel-saving potential than the flight management system alone. Calculations with Pacelab Flight Profile Optimizer are based on the best available performance data (first-principles data) and live WX and aircraft data. The software continuously determines the most cost-efficient flight trajectory for the remaining route to destination and supplies an adjusted cost index which can be fed to the FMS. Constraints provided with the briefing package are respected automatically. With the ECON trajectory as a reference, Pacelab Flight Profile Optimizer is able to pinpoint the available cost savings potential for every instant of the flight, giving concise information about fuel burn, overall cost and delay; the latter provides additional support for managing on-time performance.

Get the most out of your fleet – with Pacelab Mission Suite: Route and aircraft mission analysis software
An additional component of the PACE operations productivity catalog is Pacelab Mission Suite. Pacelab Mission Suite (PLMS) is an integrated software solution which supports stra-tegic and tactical statistical analysis of an aircraft’s enroute performance and economics.
PLMS allows the customer to tailor the analysis of payload-range and mission efficiency to the airlines specific business practices and economic models. In addition to route-by-route analysis; PLMS has the power to conduct “what if” analysis of an entire route structure with a single “click”. This is all done within a robust and proven software environment.
